टिहरी : सरकार ने उत्तराखंड में मानसून की तैयारी शुरू कर दी है. इसी कड़ी में टिहरी डीएम ईवा श्रीवास्तव ने आगामी मानसून तैयारियों को लेकर जिले के अधिकारियों की वर्चुअल बैठक भी की. इस दौरान उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि मानसून से निपटने के लिए रुचि के साथ कार्य शीघ्र शुरू करें. साथ ही बैठक में शामिल नहीं होने पर डीएम ने ईई सिंचाई प्रखंड नरेंद्रनगर, ईओ नगर पंचायत गाजा, ईओ चमियाला व पशुपालन अधिकारी के जवाब तलब करने के निर्देश दिए.
मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक, बैठक के दौरान डीएम ईवा ने सभी सड़क संबंधित विभागों और एजेंसियों को संवेदनशील और महत्वपूर्ण मार्गों पर संबंधित अधिकारियों के मोबाइल नंबर संकेतों के माध्यम से प्रदर्शित करने के निर्देश दिए. सुरक्षा को ध्यान में रखते हुए सड़क काटने के कार्यों में चेतावनी बोर्ड लगाए जाएं, सभी प्रखंड विकास अधिकारियों, सड़क विभागों को सभी पुलों का भौतिक निरीक्षण करने और 20 तारीख से पहले रिपोर्ट करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं. सड़क संबंधी विभाग एवं स्थानीय निकाय सभी नालों, पुलियों एवं नालों की समय से सफाई करें। बारिश के दौरान फैलने वाली बीमारियों और इससे बचने के लिए आवश्यक तैयारियों के बारे में बताया गया कि सभी अस्पतालों में पर्याप्त दवाएं हैं, जल संस्थान की पानी की सैंपलिंग रिपोर्ट नियमित रूप से प्राप्त हो रही है, क्लोरीन की दवा खरीदी जा रही है. है। डेंगू बुखार पर सर्वे कराने को कहा। तो वहीं डीएम ने बिजली विभाग को बरसात के मौसम में अतिरिक्त तार व तबादले रखने के साथ ही मैनपावर भी तैनात करने के निर्देश दिए हैं
इतना ही नहीं, डीएम ने सभी एसडीएम, एआरटीओ और डीएसओ को मानसून सत्र में सड़क बंद होने पर फंसे यात्रियों और पर्यटकों के लिए पेयजल, भोजन, आवास और परिवहन व्यवस्था प्रदान करने का निर्देश दिया. डीएम ने तहसील स्तर पर 24 घंटे कंट्रोल रूम चालू रखने के निर्देश दिए. तहसीलों, पुलिस थानों, दमकल थानों और वन विभाग के पास उपलब्ध उपकरणों की सूची आपदा प्रबंधन को उपलब्ध कराने के निर्देश दिये गये. एजेंडे के अनुसार तहसील स्तरीय आपदा कार्य योजना तैयार करने को कहा। जिसमें शिविर स्थल के सभी संपर्क नंबर, संसाधन और विवरण हैं। डीएम ने हाईवे को सुचारू रखने के निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि लापरवाह अधिकारियों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की जाएगी.
